In this internship, you will work closely with product management and analytics teams to learn about data in the generics pharmaceuticals industry and how it informs decision-making.
Responsibilities
Working with Product Managers and Operations team to understand the process and inputs for developing commercial forecasts, demand plans and supply plans
Leveraging industry data sources evaluate changes in market conditions and pricing trends
Participating in strategic discussions assessing product demand and pricing to evaluate new business opportunities
Collaborating with R&D and Commercial colleagues to evaluate pipeline projects and develop forecast models to support bringing new products to market
Working with cross-functional teams to prepare for upcoming product launches
Participating in regular SIOP review meetings
Qualification
Required
Pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Data Science or Analytics with an interest in the Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare industry
Has at least three years of undergraduate study
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Has completed coursework in Business, Finance, or Data Science or Analytics
Has excellent writing and oral communication skills
Ability to work on project teams
Has acquired skills/experiences in data analysis
