First American is a global leader in financial services with a commitment to innovation and diversity. The Product Management Intern will engage in stakeholder research, product analytics, and development support, contributing to the modernization of the real estate title and closing process.
Responsibilities
Conduct interviews with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Collect, analyze, and interpret product-related data to understand trends and make informed product improvement recommendations.
Assist product users, address inquiries, and help resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience with the product.
Assist in product development cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall product strategy.
Engage with cross-functional teams, map launch plans, and prepare methods for collecting user feedback following launch
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited university.
Available full-time, 8-10 weeks for internship starting in early June 2025 and ending in August/September 2025.
Preferred
Majoring in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.
Prior exposure to best practices through hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or previous internships.
