Hewlett Packard Enterprise is an edge-to-cloud company that uses comprehensive solutions to accelerate business outcomes. The Product Management Intern will assist in managing a product or portfolio of products, supporting various administrative tasks, and coordinating project activities.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, plans, develops and manages a product or portfolio of products throughout the solution portfolio lifecycle: from new product definition or enhancements to existing products; planning, design, forecasting, and production; to end of life.
  • The Product Manager Intern will apply developed knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to develop schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements for assigned programs.
  • This intern will support the internal and external customers in various administrative tasks directly related to the work unit's primary function.
  • Will prepare Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Develop thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
  • Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution, such as coordinate activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners, update schedule and resource allocation, and track progress against the established plan to meet product requirements and development schedule.
  • Assists with materials preparation, testing samples arrangement, and logistic support, including but not limited to, researching information, analysis, compiling data for reports, coordinate work processes following work unit manager's directions, and other established administrative procedures.
  • Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions for new assignments.

Required

  • Developed knowledge of job skills and company policies and procedures.
