Vial is a hyper-scalable biotech company advancing programs into the clinic by leveraging dramatically cheaper trials and computationally designed therapeutics. As a Product Management Intern, you will support the product team in planning, developing, and executing product initiatives that align with strategic goals while gaining hands-on experience in product management.
Responsibilities
- Ability to start working 40 hours a week from January 2025 to August 2025 (end date can be discussed).
- Assist in leading product management projects from idea to launch, working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Operations—to support the product roadmap.
- Use customer insights, market research, and competitor analysis to help shape solutions that meet customer needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product requirements, create user stories, and assist in prioritizing features.
- Track success metrics, gather user feedback, and contribute insights to refine the product strategy.
- Support in maintaining product documentation, roadmaps, release plans, and help prepare product-related presentations and reports
Qualification
Required
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Passionate about technology and product development with a desire to learn and grow in a startup setting.
- Ability to start working 40 hours a week from January 2025 to August 2025 (end date can be discussed).
Preferred
- Previous internship experience in product management or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel, SQL.
