Vial is a hyper-scalable biotech company advancing programs into the clinic by leveraging dramatically cheaper trials and computationally designed therapeutics. As a Product Management Intern, you will support the product team in planning, developing, and executing product initiatives that align with strategic goals while gaining hands-on experience in product management.
Responsibilities
Ability to start working 40 hours a week from January 2025 to August 2025 (end date can be discussed).
Assist in leading product management projects from idea to launch, working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Operations—to support the product roadmap.
Use customer insights, market research, and competitor analysis to help shape solutions that meet customer needs and industry trends.
Collaborate with Product Managers to define product requirements, create user stories, and assist in prioritizing features.
Track success metrics, gather user feedback, and contribute insights to refine the product strategy.
Support in maintaining product documentation, roadmaps, release plans, and help prepare product-related presentations and reports
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Passionate about technology and product development with a desire to learn and grow in a startup setting.

Preferred
Previous internship experience in product management or a related field.
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel, SQL.
