The Product Management Intern will support the SendTech Product Management group by documenting user and system processes, reviewing data, and providing recommendations to improve subscription management and user experiences.
Responsibilities
Document specific user and system processes involved in managing subscriptions, like the upgrade process for a specific product.
Review available data related to the subject, identify data gaps, and draw insights that can be used to improve subscription management processes/user experiences.
Work with team members to understand processes; reviewing user experiences; creating process charts that include user and systems flows; reviewing data from available resources, including dashboards and tools; and providing recommendations to the product manager.
Learn about the products within the digital portfolio and provide insights to improve user experience or product performance.
Complete and present one or more independent projects at the end of the internship.
Qualification
Required
Familiarity and interest in understanding how internal systems flows affect external user experiences, specifically related to subscription management for SaaS products
Basic competencies in data analytics
Basic competencies in creating process flows
Excellent communication skills.
Detail oriented and capable of synthesizing data into insights.
Willing to work independently with teams across time zones.
Rising junior or senior in college pursuing a B.S./B.A. in Business, Engineering, Finance or Marketing
Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Employer will not sponsor position for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. H-1B)
