Tyson Foods is a modern, multi-national, protein-focused food company. They are seeking a Product Management Year-Round Intern to assist the MBU Prepared team with various projects, financial reports, and product monitoring, while also gaining experience in a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities
Assisting the MBU Prepared team on projects related to existing core business as well as new product development and new product launches
Organizing and pulling financial reports
Monitoring product availability and inventory as directed by the business unit team
Assisting with product quality cuttings and recaps
Working in Excel, data research, creating PowerPoint presentations
Assisting BU Managers in various projects for the business unit team
Qualification
Required
Sophomore level or higher required.
Must have at least one year of school remaining.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as this position interacts with all levels of management in different areas of the business.
Proficient in MS Office, (Excel and PowerPoint are very critical to this position).
Must have strong analytical skills, be detail oriented, and able to handle the various projects they are given.
Must be multi-task oriented with stress management skills as well as a team player who is excited to learn more about Tyson Foods.
Preferred
Marketing, Finance, Business Management, Supply Chain majors preferred.
Previous experience in an office environment preferred.
