First American is a global leader in financial services, and they are seeking a Product Operations Intern to support their Product Operations team. The role involves enabling teams through effective processes and tooling, as well as conducting data analysis and customer research to inform product decisions.
Responsibilities
Enable Product, Engineering, and Design teams to be more effective through processes, standards, tooling, data availability, and data analysis.
Gather, transform, analyze, and present data to inform decisions; collect product metrics to support analysis of user adoption through reports in data adoption platforms to inform roadmaps.
Create processes for key checkpoints in product development lifecycle and document.
Drive product delivery through supporting teams’ in their delivery processes utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira, Jira Product Discovery, and Jira Plans.
Gather requirements by leading discovery sessions to gain customer insights and a better understanding of the product and team needs.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited university.
Majoring in Business, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Prior exposure to best practices through hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or previous internships.
Available full-time, 8-10 weeks for internship starting in early June 2025 and ending in August/September 2025.
