Novelis is the leading producer of flat-rolled aluminum products and the world’s largest recycler of aluminum. They are seeking an IT Enterprise Solutions intern to participate in a hands-on summer internship program, where the intern will gain experience in Business Analysis techniques and Enterprise Solutions Processes, specifically involving SAP and AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- • Review the As-Is environment for storing and accessing system, process and training documentation including internal and external sources.
- • Define a roadmap for organizing and managing system, process and training documentation utilizing Project Management deliverables, OCM techniques and AI technologies.
- • Build out a PoC for a defined process area and define an implementation to support an inflight SAP Implementation project.
Qualification
Required
- Enrolled in an accredited 4-year University.
- Must be a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.
- Interested in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills which are essential for interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Strong time management skills, able to work with multiple tasks meeting the deadlines.
- Adaptability, as technology evolves, must be open to learn new technologies.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
Preferred
- Prefer students majoring in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid business insight
- High interest in becoming an Information Technology leader in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
