Lumentum Operations is an optical and photonic products manufacturer, and they are seeking a Software Development Intern. The role involves optimizing and improving the software platform used for testing optical components, as well as developing new software tools for deployment across various test stations.
Responsibilities
Optimize/improve the Test software platform to standardize the Test Status, test platform selection etc.
Design and implement the software for Auto updater to deploy the released test software to different servers and different test stations at CM.
Responsible to enhance the existing software to improve the genealogy of test data.
Modify or develop the optimized software with high quality and release it to production.
Qualification
Required
Qualified candidates will be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science Engineering or a related major.
Preferred
Strong communications, initiative, and teamwork
Strong experience in C#.Net and python
Strong experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with production lines
