Responsibilities
Participate in designing, developing, and testing sophisticated electronics firmware and software.
Design, write and debug real-time embedded firmware applications for DoD electronic products and user interfaces (GUIs).
Proficient in several software development tools: C, C++, C# and assemblers for various processors.
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be a US citizen and is pursuing a bachelor or masters in software engineering. GPA of 3.0 or greater is required.
Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Level Security Clearance.
Self-motivated individual with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to work and collaborate within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
Proficiency with MS Office Products.
Proficient in several software development tools: C, C++, C# and assemblers for various processors.
Preferred
Experience using MBSE and MDD development tools.
Experience for development of microservices and implementing third party/open source commercial databases.
Knowledge of VHDL simulation – using part vendor tools or third party (Xilinx Sim, Active HDL, ModelSim etc.)
Knowledge of or experience in working with simulation tools such as HFSS, Microwave Office or Matlab.
Familiar with software languages like C/C++, Java, MATLAB etc.
Senior level is preferred but will consider Junior.
