Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose ‘To Make Our Lives Easier.’ They are seeking a Software Engineering Intern to join their Cloud Team, where the candidate will have the opportunity to work on AI-driven technology platforms and contribute to full-stack development. The role involves examining existing systems, designing APIs, and automating various processes to enhance service quality.

Responsibilities

Examine existing systems for flaws and create solutions that improve service uptime and time-to-resolve through monitoring and automated remediation
Design and build APIs and frameworks, automate testing, deployment, and management of services and products

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Strong experience (professional and academic) with NodeJS, JavaScript and Python.
Proven ability to understand design architectures and microservices.
Strong ability to analyze, troubleshoot and debug issues.
Working knowledge of non-relational databases like MongoDB and Redis.
Web application development experience with ReactJS, AngularJS and likes of it.
Proficiency cloud-based services, like AWS Batch, Lambda, S3 etc.
MUST HAVE: The candidate will need to be based in Columbia, Maryland.
